Stirchley & Brookside Parish Council invest with FAIRshare Credit Union

Stirchley & & Brookside Parish Council commemorate their 30th birthday this year, and this coincides with a ₤ 30,000 ethical financial investment in their regional cooperative credit union, FAIRshare, to benefit more local citizens in the community.

Arnold England The investment will allow FAIRshare to broaden its operations in the location, introducing a brand-new Information Point at the Sambrook Centre on Wednesday and Friday mornings, partnering regional schools to introduce School Saver Clubs run by students and using payroll conserving collaborations with local employers.Councillor Jackie Loveridge, Chair of Stirchley & Brookside Parish Council said"FAIRshare Cooperative credit union does an excellent job in helping regional individuals construct up savings, prevent falling under the trap of high-interest loans and handle their financial resources, so they have more loan to invest in the regional economy or to save for the future.
